Each appointment is time set aside just for you, and I truly value both your time and mine. If you ever need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice via text so that I can offer that time to someone else who may be waiting. That said, I understand that life can throw us curveballs—things come up, emergencies happen, and sometimes plans need to shift unexpectedly. I always aim to offer grace when situations are out of your control. However, for cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment, a 30% fee may be applied to help cover the time and resources set aside just for you. Repeated last-minute changes may also require a deposit to secure future bookings. Thank you so much for your understanding and support.
